Safety Information
Announcement: Due to COVID, all parties will be outdoors, such as Backyards, Park areas. Cars run well on LOW grass. ( No parking lots, driveways, or parties on roads). We are CLOSED on SUNDAY! Also, the KCP Ride on car parties are Seasonal Service from March - October ( Closed Nov - Feb each year).
WARNING! Prevent injuries and deaths. Direct adult supervision required. Keep children within safe riding areas. These areas must be:
- Away from swimming pools and other bodies of water to prevent drowning.
- Relatively flat surfaces to prevent tip overs.
- Away from steps, steep inclines, and roads.
- Clear of rocks, holes, trash, debris, or anything that can cause an accident.
- Riding area must be on dry surface. Rain permits cancelation. See contract.
- Event space must be approved by contractor and in safe enclosed area such as fenced backyard.
AN EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, COMPLETE WAIVER, AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED AND REQUIRED BEFORE ANY SERVICES ARE RENDERED.
Riding Rules
- Client/attending parents are expected to monitor the participating children’s driving and enforce the safety.
- Only 1 rider when operating a 6v car. Up to 2 riders when operating a 12v car.
- No purposeful crashing into vehicles. (This is not bumper cars)
- Always wear shoes.
- Always sit on the seat.
- It is recommended to wear the seatbelts if provided in the vehicles
- No adults in vehicles.
Vehicle information
- · Battery duration varies according to use and children's sizes.
- · Vehicles do not go out in the rain. (In the event of rain for outdoor events, full refund will be granted)
- · Parental Remote Control with remote STOP function.
- · Forward / Park / Reverse Shifter Switch, Lights ON/OFF Switch.
- · 12v cars capacity for 2 Seater Ride-On Truck Car for Toddlers 2-4 Years or Single Rider 3-6 Years Old.
- · 6v cars capacity for 2 – 3 years old.
- · Push cars for 1- 2 years old toddlers.
- · Complaint with US Consumer Toy Safety Standards
